    Product Details

When Steve from Cloud Gate Coffee first got in touch with me it was the peak of lockdown and he’d seen our crowdfunding campaign and wanted to help. Since then he has slowly been teaching me about coffee, very patiently! It’s clear he knows his stuff, as their small batch blends made at their stunning former Wood Mill in Haworth smell and taste amazing.

Our Cloud Gate Coffee is available in whole beans, cafetiere ground and espresso ground. We grind the beans in the shop so you get them as fresh as possible.

    Prices represent 100g.

    The Little Green Blend

The Little Green Blend is as environmentally friendly as it is delicious. Consisting of coffees from South and Central America and Africa, the Little Green Blend not only supports Women Farmers, but also uses water friendly cultivation processes to ensure that your cup of coffee is as ethical as it can be.
Tasting notes: Dark chocolate /caramel & melon.

    The Everyday Blend

The perfect coffee for any occasion. Perfect to kick start your day or as a post-dinner party treat, this is sure to be your new go-to favourite. Tasting notes: Smooth, rich and moreish.

    The Weekend Blend

Is deliciously smooth, perfect alongside a good relaxing weekend breakfast. Tasting notes: Chocolate, Smoke & Hazelnut.

    The Colombia Swiss Water Decaf

The Swiss Water process is an organic, 100% chemical-free option for decaffeination. This method does not require the addition of chemicals, instead relying on a super saturated green coffee solution called Green Coffee Extract (GCE). Thanks to this technology, it is possible to have decaffeinated coffee that tastes just as good as its caffeinated counterpart.

    The Myanmar Special Edition Blend

Produced in a state where pesticides are banned, these beans are naturally organic. Most coffee on the market is either produced using either a 'natural' or 'washed' process, however these beans are honey processed which combines both processing methods to create a unique flavour.

Tasting notes: These particular beans are from Myanmar and when roasted have unusual yet stunning notes of honeycomb, fudge, caramel and orange. (It smells amazing!)

    Brazil Santos

tasting notes - Cocoa, Cream & Puréed Peanut

Brazil Eagle Monte Carmelo - Cafe Delas
Created by @olamcoffee, Café Delas is based on the idea that given better access to resources traditionally held out of their reach, and an equal voice in leadership, women will not only produce fine specialty grade coffee, they will create positive impacts within their families and communities as a result. Café Delas aims to close the gap for women in areas such as leadership, income, decision making and resources. This particular coffee carries notes of rich chocolate, dried fruit, sugar cane and nuts.

    Rwanda KCRS Women's Cooperative
With notes of chocolate, rosehip, gooseberry and black tea, this coffee is produced by women farmers as part of the Rwanda KCRS Womens’ Cooperative. There are some male members of the families, but the women took over ownership and charge of the land.

The support that a small holder farmer often relies on has flourished under this structure and it is often now used as a methodology to help improve other struggling farms.

    Kenya Peaberry

    Single origin blend

    Who are Cloud Gate Coffee?

Our belief is that every cup of coffee should be outstanding and that no matter your budget or location, you should be able to enjoy a brew that is better than the average high street mediocrity. Nobody sets out in life to be average, so why settle for less than great coffee?

    The Roastery

From humble origins in Bradford City Centre, in 2019 Cloud gate Coffee relocated to a beautiful former Wood Mill on the edge of Haworth West Yorkshire. Now with room to breathe, our master roasters spend their time perfecting their craft and revolutionising the coffee roasting and distribution industry. With a top of the range coffee tasting and brew centre, our roastery allows us to perfect every detail of your cup of coffee. From farm, to roast, to cup.

    The Roasters

Born in Chicago, bred on the mean streets of London and Yorkshire, our master roaster John is the green bean mastermind behind Cloud Gate Coffee. Besides coffee, John loves nothing more than a glass of red over Sunday dinner with the family and relaxes between roasts with a frame or two of snooker. Formerly a mixologist and chef, Steve is our flavour guru. Steve's the master of making sure all of our custom blends are better than perfect. When he's not at the roastery or out creating magic with customers, Steve is happiest at home with his wife and their new baby watching professional wrestling.
